In the restaurant, we develop seasonal menus for alcoholic and non-alcoholic pairings, provide technical guidance on fermented drinks, and select wines and sake.

Creating the concept for a newly opened bar and producing it

By using the concept of liquid cuisine, we propose drinks that reflect the season and region, and the experiences that accompany them.

Naoshima Ryokan Roro

We proposed seasonal pairings and provided training to the staff at a restaurant attached to a newly opened inn.

Kisetsu no Sato

We produced original medicinal drinks at an inn in Yunogo Onsen, a hot spring resort with over 1200 years of history in Okayama Prefecture.

We produced the bar at Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Sanjo Premier. We offered sake from Takeno Sake Brewery in Kyotango, as well as non-alcoholic cocktails.

Dong Bao

We produced the drinks menu for a Singaporean Chinese restaurant that opened inside KITTE Osaka, including wine selection, cocktail suggestions and bar operations.
