After gaining experience as a chef and bartender, he launched Nokishita in Kyoto in 2013.
In 2015, he opened the current nokishita711 and began operating as a bar specializing in craft gin.
In 2021, it will be renovated as "nokishita711 liquid cuisine" and will be operated in the current course format.
